Views from the balcony are stunning. The shower emitted a sewage smell when not in use. Staff were super friendly. Also enjoyed the bike tours offered, perfect for exploring the area.

Great views but slow service

The views of the Andes from my room were breathtaking. The crafts shop offered unique gifts, and sitting in the lovely backyard was a peaceful escape.

Unfortunately, finding additional bottled water was a challenge, and some conference rooms were overly cold. Service delays made dining less enjoyable.

We had no hot water during our stay. The reception staff seemed indifferent to our complaints. Additionally, service at the lobby restaurant was painfully slow, waiting an hour for a pizza and 45 minutes for eggs.

I had a fantastic stay. The views were amazing, especially from my balcony. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The breakfast by the pool was really good, with a great variety. The fitness center is well-equipped and perfect for workouts. 😃

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the

staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. However, the hallway noise was a bit distracting at times, especially at night. Still, we enjoyed our visit and felt comfortable in our rooms.

The grilled fish near the pool was a real delight, bursting with fresh flavors! The staff were super friendly and really made you feel at home. The gym is top-notch, and the location is unbeatable, with the Hop On Hop Off bus stopping right outside.

A bit of a hiccup at the club lounge. We felt questioned about our buffet access, which should have been straightforward. Plus, snagging a beer outside happy hour felt sneaky. Still, the views were stunning, and the wine selection was on point!

Great place for a couple's retreat

The outdoor pool area was fantastic man plenty of spots to relax in the sun and cool down. The staff were courteous and really went out of their way to help us feel welcome I mean they even remembered our names!

It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly for what we got it was still worth it.

Just a well-suited match for one night in Santiago with very good value for money. The pool was nice and well-maintained with fresh towels. Get to breakfast early to avoid long waits for dishes.

However, check-in was confusing due to a large pending charge on my account that was not properly explained. Additionally, the breakfast billing was incorrect, and it took time to resolve the discrepancies, which detracted from the overall experience.
